Contraction Caterpillars, Snow, and New Wishes...Oh My!

We have had a busy week back to school! :) I had to show off some of the projects we've completed this week in class.













On Monday, we all made wishes for the new year, wrote them on balloons, so you can see they're soaring high above (our fingers are crossed!). We've also been working on contractions this week, so check out our "snowball fight" as well as our contraction caterpillars (after the cold weather this week, I was wishing for warm spring breezes!). The students have had a lot of fun with these projects as we've learned new ways to write our words!
